Up to two pets are allowed per apartment home with a combined weight limit of no more than 80 pounds. Additional pet fees and pet rent may be assessed based on the FidoScore determined by PetScreening™. Please call our leasing office for Pet Policy.

Fee Schedule
Please be prepared to fill out all fields that are applicable in the PetScreening.com profile so an accurate Fido score is generated. If additional details are added later that result in a higher Fido score, a refund will not be issued for the difference.
Applicants and Residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com Profile Fee.
There is a monthly/per pet fee that will be added to lease agreements. This does not include the PetScreening.com fee.
Per Pet Per Monthly Rent:
Fido Score of 5 = $10/month
Fido Score of 4 = $15/month
Fido Score of 3 = $20/month
Fido Score of 2 = $25/month
Fido Score of 1 = $30/month
Based on the PetScreening.com Fido Score, the following non-refundable pet fees apply per pet:
Fido Score of 5 = $250
Fido Score of 4 = $300
Fido Score of 3 = $350
Fido Score of 2 = $400
Fido Score of 1 = $450
